Prices

There are several things to know about our pricing as you consider us.

The first is that we don’t charge hourly. We never have, and never will. We offer a flat-fee for our services for many reasons; the primary one being that it’s likely you have no clue how long it takes us to do what we do.

The second thing to know is that we invoice in advance for our work, and since we only accept a limited number of projects, that’s how your slot as our client is confirmed. For design work, we use Paypal because that’s how we pay our designers and programmers and they like it when we pay them.

Lastly, the rates below are indicative of most clients’ needs. If yours vary, we’ll tell you upfront and your quote will reflect that. When you signup you’ll complete a form telling us how to set up the site. If there are some changes requested once we start, we’ll discuss it – there could be additional fees if our programmers have already started working and have to do something over. That’s pretty rare, but we like to be clear upfront.

WordPress Free Theme Customization

WordPress themes come in two varieties – free and premium. Free themes are fairly straightforward to customize and this package includes:

  • Your Choice of Free WordPress Travel Theme
  • Integration of existing logo into theme
  • Re-coloring of theme to match your palette
  • Installation of latest stable version of WordPress, on your server or ours
  • Installation and customization of 10 plugins  – your choice, or our suggestion
  • Creation of 5 pages (you supply content)

WordPress Premium Theme Customization

$597

(offered as 3 payments of $199 per month if you host with us)
Premium themes are more complex, with added widgets, menus and code to tweak. Some examples might include Google Maps, rotating banner advertising, newsletter integration, mass texting capabilities and other advanced features. This package includes:

  • Your choice of Premium Travel Theme (Note: You must purchase the theme – we respect all copyrights!)
  • New custom text-based logo integration into theme
  • Recoloring of theme to match palette
  • Installation of latest stable version of WordPress, on your server or ours
  • Installation and customization of 20 plugins
  • Creation of 10 pages of content (you supply content, we optimize for search engines)
  • Search Engine Optimization Consultation

WordPress Design from Scratch

from $1500 (Your Deposit Holds Your Slot with our Designers)

For completely customized design options, we start with a customized consultation and create three mock-ups to choose from. After you sign off on the design we produce the theme and a prototype site for you to see in action. At that point we can make any changes as needed and assist you taking the site live. The site design files and source code is yours – we provide a copyright release.

We charge a flat rate for most projects – but if you want to add flash, sound or advanced programming we’ll give you a quote before we start. You’re billed the deposit of $750, with the balance due prior to the site going live.
